Sit and relax while we create a fall painting on 11x14 canvas. No art skills are needed. Fun step-by-step instructions will be led by Painting Parties by Judy. Cost $10

A representative from Crossroads Pregnancy Center will come and share about their ministry. Please bring an unwrapped baby item to donate for the fun baby shower.

Rick Capozzi, founder and creator of Survival Mindset, provides training and consulting services on how to prepare for an armed or active assailant. He is a nationally recognized subject matter expert on this topic and will share specifically for women how to increase your likelihood of surviving a scary situation through preparation, being aware of your surroundings, and will include a time of Q & A.

Join us to lift the spirits of those in nursing homes by creating encouraging cards. All supplies wil be provided. The cards will later be distributed.

We will raise awareness about the struggles women face and the ministry of Women at Risk, Int’l while shopping the beautiful products from WAR Int’l: Jewelry, scarves, dΓ©cor, toys, household items, and more.

Zach Bashore from the Christian Retreat Center in East Waterford will share about the camp’s ministry and programs. Share a smore treat while igniting your love for camping.

Join as we bless the MCC global outreach by knotting comforters.

November 18 Slate Painting Party
Paint a snowman on an old slate when we follow fun step by step instructions with Judy Mummau. Personalize your creation. Cost $10

December 9 Christmas Brunch
Relax from the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season with a catered Christmas brunch.

January 20 Health & Wellness
Speaker Billie Haines will share tips on nutrition and keeping a healthier lifestyle.

February 17 John Hershey
PA State Representative, John Hershey, will join us to share an encouraging word and answer questions important to you.

March 17 She’s Somebody’s Daughter
Tanya Pearrall from She’s Somebody’s Daughter will share about their ministry and their goal of bringing to light how exploitation takes place in our communities.

April 21 Air Plant Planter
Create a natural hanging garden with air plants. Maggie Shafferman will instruct this simple project that anyone can keep alive. Cost $5

May 20 Promise Ranch
As summer approaches, Promise Ranch will be sharing about their ministry through equine and other nature related activities of children.

Welcome Back Tea

We welcome you back for a new year of LIFT with a relaxing tea party.
Enjoy fellowship and refreshments with other ladies as we sip tea
together.

October 18
Seeing Jesus in Our Everyday Lives

Speaker, mother, and member of Nekoda Unlimited Ministries, Tara Hartley, will share on the importance of seeing Jesus in our everyday lives; and how to recognize the Lord when He is pouring us out of ourselves, to be able to fill us with Himself.

November 15
Pie Baking Tips

Melanie Stoltzfus, local mother of 5, will be demonstrating how to
bake pies with hands on instructions and advice.

December 13
Potluck Christmas Brunch

Get in the holiday spirit with a Christmas potluck brunch. Please
bring a dish to share.

January 17
Round Table Discussion

While we have discussion, enjoy a hot beverage from our hot chocolate
bar. Our winter round table will include topics of parenting, cooking,
cleaning, and more.

February 21
Finding Hope in Infant Loss

Mandy Maneval will share her experience as a "loss Mama" and how it
led to the creation of the non-profit organization Smallest Gift. She
will be bringing blankets for us to knot, which will be included in
her care packages to other grieving families.

March 21
Spring Painting Party

With step by step instructions from artist Judy Mummau, we will create
a spring mason jar painting with glued-on daisies.We ask $10.00 to
cover supplies.

April 18
Women’s Self-Defence Class

Officer Trisha Moench and her husband, Constable Tim Moench, will be
teaching us a women’s self-defence class. Join us as we seek to lessen
vulnerability to attacks, learn strategies for handling various
attacks and more.

May 16
Cupcake Decorating

Karen Rissler and Destiny Moyer will be giving tips and tricks on
cupcake decorating. Each of you will be able to decorate and take home
a cupcake.

We welcome you back for a new year of blessings
at LIFT. Come and destress with a yummy yogurt
bar social complete with all the fixings.


October 19
De-stressing Through Prayer

Lori Apple, local mother of two teen daughters,
will be sharing on destressing through prayer.
She will share her own helpful insights as well
as input from various friends.

November 16
Painting Party

Destress and create by painting your own
Christmas canvas. Judy Mummau will give
step by step instructions, so no art skills
are needed! We ask $10.00 to cover supplies.

December 14
DIY Spa Christmas Gifts

Don’t stress about those last minute gifts!
Come assemble an array of DIY spa Christmas
gifts for yourself and/or loved ones. Share in the
spirit of the season by giving a blessing.

January 18
Round Table Discussion

Start the New Year stress free! Our winter
round table will include topics of parenting,
cooking, cleaning, and more. If you would
like to participate in a recipe swap, please
bring 20 copies of a favorite recipe.

with your spouse. She resides in Richfield
with her husband, Joel, and they have a daughter Ella.

Our favorite gardener returned to LIFT. Maggie Shafferman of
Hunters Run Nursery, Port Royal, showed us how to make
beautiful floral arrangements using a variety of flowers and greenery.
